The Website owner owns and operates www-co-te.com (the “Website”).  Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website may result in the collection and processing of personal data of the Website visitors.

When a payment is done through a bank transfer, the personal data related to the bank transfer is collected, stored and processed by the bank of data subject and the bank of the Website owner. The Website owner would have access only to the information related to the bank transfer, enabling the verification of payment. For example data related to the verification of payment may include, but it is not limited to, the purchase invoice number (specified as purpose of payment). In addition, the Website owner would have access to the information that you wish to share, such as the name of the account holder.
